Sarah O’Donnell | Partner
Sarah completed a B.Comm in NUIG and went on to undertake a Masters in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations at University of Ulster. Having worked in agencies since the tender age of 16, Sarah has always had a passion for advertising and has had roles on both the creative and client service side of things. Sarah has worked on a broad range of clients in areas including Industrial, Manufacturing, FMCG and national Supermarkets. Her passion for creative and strategy, as well as her multi-disciplined background, makes her an excellent addition to any client.
Eoghan O’Donnell | Partner
Eoghan graduated from DIT with a Masters in Advertising in 2010 after completing his undergraduate degree in NUIG. Despite starting off as a copywriter, he quickly realised that his true calling was in client service and strategy. Since then, Eoghan has worked on a wide range of clients in many different categories such as; automotive, FMCG, alcohol and fashion. Eoghan is a brand business partner who is strategically-led and data competent. He aims to be an integral part of a business, focused on delivering best in class effective creative work for his clients.
Saoirse McLoughlin | Creative
Saoirse brings some heavy hitting product and packaging design skills to the team as well as a love of all things web and branding. Following her BSc in Product Design, Saoirse went on to work for Cath Kidston in London. Here she created homeware ranges for international retail, working across the entire process from physical product conceptualisation, 3D modelling, right through to developing the print for each product. This process sparked her interest in the print and packaging design world and drove her to pivot into Graphic Design and Illustration. She has worked hard to expand and round out her creative skillset collaborating with established brands on their branding, visual identity and website designs. A Galway native, Saoirse is delighted to have now returned to home soil, bringing new and varied skills to the team at Little & Large.
Liam Diviney | Paid Media & E-Commerce Manager
Liam leads the paid advertising and e-commerce strategies for our clients. After finishing his Leaving Certificate, he decided to pursue his own e-commerce ventures. He has developed a deep understanding of e-commerce and digital advertising and how they can be leveraged to grow businesses. He works closely with our creative team to execute successful ad campaigns. Liam joined Little & Large in February 2023, and has been dedicated to our clients' success since.
Ciara Harte | Account Manager
Ciara graduated from the University of Galway with a BA in English and Spanish and left eager to travel and teach. With some years under her belt spent teaching at home in Galway, Spain and China, she saw the opportunity to enter the marketing world. Her most recent experience was in influencer marketing, helping DTC brands based in the US work with creators across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. With the want to focus on the market a bit closer to home, she's delighted to be working at Little & Large as Account Manager helping Irish brands establish themselves.
Conor Yule | Paid Media & E-Commerce Assistant
Conor started his career in E-commerce and Digital Media by obtaining a certification from the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) and furthering his education with a Master's degree in Digital Marketing at the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG). His area of expertise is in managing online marketplaces, particularly Amazon, where he excels in selling, advertising, and optimising product listings. Conor is deeply passionate about online advertising and has dedicated the past few years to developing his skills in this field. After a year away, he is thrilled to be back working in Galway.
